Jean helps clients reach their goals, be they in membership recruitment and retention, issue awareness, or event attendance. From social media strategy to multi-channel promotional campaigns, Jean’s creativity and competitive spirit help associations transform staid and ineffective programs into fresh, research-driven initiatives, with proven results.
With over 14 years’ experience in marketing communications, the majority of which spent in the association world, Jean understands the unique challenges faced by associations with limited resources and numerous audiences. During her six years with the American Osteopathic Association and four years with Sentergroup, Jean has developed and executed large and small-scale marketing campaigns, won the 2012 American Society of Association Executives Gold Circle Award for Excellence in Event Marketing for the AOA’s 2012 annual convention, and was named one of Association Forum’s Forty Under 40 Award Winners in 2015.
Jean earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
