If the answer is “yes,” we look forward to discussing more about how your organization can create a brighter future for itself.
If the answer is “no,” and your organization is committed to its current model because “that’s the way we’ve always done it,” then Sentergroup is probably not the ideal management solution for your organization.
2. There are touchpoints and opportunities to deliver value throughout the year.
Events and conferences are an important part of what almost all associations do. And Sentergroup takes event management seriously.
That said, our ideal client partner strives to deliver value to members throughout the year—not just during a single annual event. They believe that associations play an important role for their members, and can provide resources that allow members to do their jobs better every day of the year.
In other words, though we (very effectively) manage events, we get excited about working with organizations that want to make a difference for their members 24/7/365.
3. Your organization has an operating budget of $500,000 – $5,000,000.
Every business has an ideal market, and Sentergroup’s target market is associations that have an operating budget between $500,000 – $5,000,000. An association of that size has the financial resources to position itself for growth, while still being nimble enough to innovate and make changes when necessary.
4. Your association operates primarily in North America.
A lot of associations operate internationally, or have international chapters or divisions. For those organizations, a global scope makes perfect sense. And if you are an association with a global scope, you know that international operations greatly increase complexity.
Sentergroup does work with associations who have members located across the world.
That said, if your association requires local representation in foreign countries, or is engaged in a significant amount of activity unique to a foreign location, we may not be the ideal association management company for you.
