CHICAGO, August 27, 2018 – The American College of Medical Quality, Inc. selects Sentergroup, Inc., the Chicago-based management company of association experts, for full-service association management.

The American College of Medical Quality is a not-for-profit educational and trade organization for healthcare professionals responsible for medical quality and patient safety. It serves a current membership of over 500 physicians, nurses, educators, quality experts, and medical students who need the tools, experience, and expertise to improve the quality and safety of patient care. Since its founding in 1973, ACMQ has been a leader in shaping the theories and practices necessary to deliver high quality healthcare. The College has been so successful in advancing the field of medical quality that medical quality has gone mainstream and evolved from a niche field for physicians and researchers to an integral and global focus for specialty societies, medical board exams, governmental and private payers, and providers of all types.

Donald E. Casey, Jr., MD, ACMQ President, welcomed the appointment of Sentergroup.

“It is a new day for ACMQ as we look to the experts at Sentergroup to help grow and engage our membership, diversify and expand our educational offerings, and activate new technologies to streamline our business processes,” says Casey.

Led by team member, Joseph Jackson, CAE, serving as executive director, Sentergroup will provide ACMQ with complete association management, including administration, financial management, membership recruitment and retention, marketing and branding, education and annual meeting management, and infrastructure.

“My Sentergroup colleagues and I are excited to offer ACMQ innovative, creative solutions that foster growth, engage stakeholders, and create operational efficiencies,” says Jackson.

The addition of ACMQ brings the Sentergroup client roster to 14 full-service clients and two contract clients.

“We enthusiastically welcome ACMQ to the Sentergroup client family,” says Craig Sondalle, President of Sentergroup. “We look forward to delivering on the Sentergroup promise, which is to provide growth and stability, meaningful experiences for members, and the fulfillment of all financial and organizational goals.”

Sentergroup assumes all association management responsibilities for ACMQ on September 1, 2018.
